I just took possession of my new furbaby from Hushabyerags.  Her name is Peaches and I must say she came to me fully socialized and healthy.

When I first contacted Kim at Hushabyerags, she did not have any kittens, but was expecting one litter soon. I waited patiently for the big event to happen and as soon as the babies were born Kim let me know and from that time, until I picked her up, I received almost daily updates on how she was doing and to top that off I received pictures.
I trust Kim to answer any questions I have about Peaches and know that I will get honest and complete answers from her.  I would purchase another kitten from her in a flash, but I have my hands quite full right now taking care of my precious furbaby.

Hello Heather. Little slider is doing so well. He is definitely confident of his surroundings. He is the best little kitty ever. He is so bold. He is going to be a big strong, male. He is afraid of nothing and curious about everything. He has had a bath, gone out in the snow, made friends with other kitties, met a nice dog and liked him. I do have lots of pictures to send you. I took some good hushabyerags shots. Feel free to use them, they are precious. He is by far the cutest kitten that I have ever owned. Thank you for such a perfect kitty! Sean
I now have my beloved Ollie home for a week now.  Thanks to Kim he arrived healthy and extremely well adjusted.  It took approximately 24 hours until Ollie became the little prince of the house, master of his domain.  When I first found out Ollie was available for adoption I was delighted and apprehensive.  Unfortunately I would not have the luxury to visit Kim and all her beautiful kitties as I live in So. Calif.  Kim constantly kept me updated with Ollie's progress, i.e. photos and emails.  I think we were becoming pen pals!!!  Any questions or concerns were immediately answered. I felt at ease purchasing a kitten from Kim.  I placed my trust in her and it paid off.  Ollie is now part of our family and we have Kim at Hushabyerags to thank.  Even now we keep in touch as we are now as I consider it, her extended family.  Again, thank you Kim for bringing this delightful little kitty into my family's life.  Keep up the good work and I hope many other families will enjoy the "fruits of your labor".

Hi,
We are all fine except for some species identification problems :) between Mignon and Annie.  The kitten thinks she's a dog and the dog thinks she's a kitten!  Mignon follows Annie (and me) everywhere and copies what Annie is doing.  She followed Annie into the downstairs 1/2 bath the other day, watched her drink out of the toilet, then tried to do the same herself - except she fell in - then bounced right out again and pretended it was intentional!  Now she has figured out how to drink out of the toilets without falling in. I've never had a cat do that before.  I got one of those plastic rings with holes and a ball - which she loves - but so does Annie.  Annie picks it up, prances around with it, making all sorts of noise, then brings it back to Mignon practically dropping it on top of her.  Mignon now "attacks" Annie then scurries away with Annie looking like "What happened?"  They are just hysterical together.  Mignon will rule the roost in no time.  She's starting to learn her name and has our routines down pat.  She is definitely the smartest cat I have ever had.  She continues to purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  Now if I could only get her to sleep in on the weekend instead of thinking 7AM is playtime!!!  Oh well, I love her to pieces.
Thanks again,
Linda

Dear Kim (Hushabyerags), It has been such a pleasure getting to know you over the past several months and purchasing my little ragdoll kitty Hendrix from you.  Hendrix has really been well adjusted from the day we brought him home.  He was already litter box trained and such a love bug from day one.  You always were so prompt in answering all my questions and sending me photos and updates while I waited patiently for the day to bring him home.  You were so honest you told me what a talker Hendrix was and he has never disappointed me. I love to talk too, so Hendrix and I have some great conversations.  It really is apparent how much dedication, time, and love you have put into your cattery and your kittens are a direct result of all your hard work.  I hope anyone who is considering buying a ragdoll will know if they choose their kitty from Hushabyerags they will not be disappointed.  My little Hendrix brings a smile to my face everyday.  Thank you again for such a wonderful experience....

Hugs,  Joanelle & Hendrix

Hi.  I am writing this for anyone to read who is thinking of getting a kitty from Hushabyerags.  I want to say that it has been a most wonderful experience for me!  I first fell in love with Gandalf when I saw a baby picture of him on the website.  I got so excited!  I asked a gazillion questions, and Kimberly was always prompt, patient, kind and clear in answering them all.  I could tell that she really cares about all her kitties and she has a lot of great knowledge about breeding and taking care of them.  The more I wrote and talked with her, the more I knew I had found a fantastic breeder and kitty for us!
As the kitten continued to grow, I got lots of updates and some darling photos from Kimberly to tide me over, and those e-mails and photos really helped with the wait.  When Gandalf was 12 weeks old, we got to bring him home and finally hug and kiss him and get to know him.  Oh my gosh, he was and is so full of sweetness and purrs.  He is confident and healthy, playful and loving and beautiful!  He brings us smiles, laughter and love!  He is always doing something to make us smile, and from day one, he has gotten along fantastically with our other cats, very easy going and friendly.   If I ever have room for another kitten (we have several cats :-), I hope to get one from Hushabyerags!  It is the best experience I've ever had in getting a kitty from a breeder.  Kimberly is so open, honest and caring.  And it's clear she takes good care of her kitties.  And though I worked with Kimberly, I am sure it's the same with Heather too.  Thank you, Kimberly and Hushabyerags for lighting up our lives and our hearts with our beloved wizard boy Gandalf.

Our Maddix has only been with us a little over 2 weeks & I can't imagine our house without him.
We were not able to make the trip to pick him up,  both Heather & Kim were great with answers  my many questions & sent lots of pictures while we waited for him to come home.
He has been nothing but pure joy. He adjusted in record time to his new house with 2 kids & 2 active dogs.

I can't imagine a better cat, he is perfect for our family. Loves to cuddle, always on or very near one of us & is a real purr box, even when we just talk to him. He follows us around like the dogs do & he plays fetch.  We have had many guests since his arrival & he even managed to win over my Father who does not even like cats !

Thank You, Heather & Kim, for raising such wonderful Cats ! Our family has been forever changed by the love we all feel for our little furball Maddix  :)

Hugs,
Dana & Maddix

Update 10-3-07
Here I am again <big smile>, writing to say that Hushabyerags is wonderful!  We didn't plan on more kitty kids after less than a year... but we lost a beloved furry family member this Spring, and we decided to get not just one more, but two more darling kittens from Kimberly and Heather!  What a treat!  As before, our experience with these amazing breeders has been fantastic.  The kittens came home two months ago and they are perfect in every way... healthy, beautiful, loving, smart and very well socialized.  We just adore them and so does their Ragdoll brother Gandalf and their other kitty siblings.  It is extra fun to have two babies at once, who can snuggle and play together.  A huge thank you (((hug))) to Heather and Kim!  Your dedication and love to kitties and the breed of Ragdolls, and your wonderful way of doing business with honesty and kindness, have enhanced our family in countless ways.  Thank you for allowing us to love your babies.  I know anyone else who chooses to do so, will find the same joy that we have found.  We are so proud to belong to the Hushabyerags family.

This is my second ragdoll baby from Hushabyerags. This time I purchased a girl.  Like my first experience, this was also wonderful. Kim was just as sweet this time as she was when I bought my first baby Hendrix. My little girl Ella is a dream kitty. She has all the wonderful Ragdoll traits. First and foremost, totally healthy, beautiful, spunky and my favorite, a total cuddle bug. I have three young male Ragdolls and Ella is our first girl and she came home and fit right in immediately and I consider that to be the true testament as to what type of loving kitty and very well adjusted kitty you will get if you consider a Hushabyerags kitty from Kim or Heather at Hushabyerags. Thank you both so much. Ella makes us smile every day and is such a joy and we look forward to watching her beautiful colors come in. Hugs Joanelle

8-11-08 Katie - Seal Bicolor Female
I decided about a year ago that I wanted to get a Ragdoll cat, so I started to check out he various web-sites in Northern California. I kept coming back to Hushabyerags. Then I noticed that some kittens were just born, so I sent an E-mail inquiring about them. Kimberly got right back to me - we had several on-line conversations. She told me that Heather had a couple of litters due, and that she would have her give me a call. She did, and I decided that I just had to have one of her kittens.  I chose one of the Seal bi-color babies. I named her Bonnie Catherine aka: Katie.  Her father is Maverick and her mother is Bonnie Lass. Both very beautiful cats.

Heather sent me pictures, and e-mails during the long weeks before I could see her. I have to tell you that the wait was worth it. She is the sweetest, smartest little kitty that I have ever had, and I have had several. Katie just fit right in. It did take my other cat a couple of weeks to get used to her, but now they are pretty good friends.
I have learned a lot about Ragdolls Colors and Patterns from your website and the new FAQ page has most of the questions that people considering a Ragdoll kitten would want to know.
I liked the section on "Bringing Home A New Kitten", especially for people that haven't had a kitten for a long time.

I intend to get another cat from Hushabyerags next year  -  If I can hold out that long!

October 26, 2008I wanted to take this opportunity to write a few words explaining about my experience(s) with Hushabyerags and specifically Kim.  What an incredible Cattery!!! My story begins with the passing of my beloved Pasha two weeks shy of his second birthday. This shook me to my core to say the least. I had been toying with the idea of adding another Ragdoll to my family for a while before Pasha’s passing and because of Pasha’s illness and eventual passing, I was fortunate enough to find myself on Ragdoll Central Forum, a discussion board and place to share about our Ragdolls. I saw the name Hushabyerags on the boards and I decided to visit their website only to discover that I had saved it in my favorite’s years earlier without naming it. I have found their website the most informative and updated website I have visited. I visit a lot of sites just to see all the Ragdolls I can and to learn as much as I can. Oh how I love this breed!!!Soon after my Pasha left me I fell hard for one of the Hushabyerags babies Kim had posted on Ragdoll Central whose name was “Big Squishy”……love that name to this day and it still makes me giggle!! Anyway I contacted Hushabyerags and received an almost immediate response from Kim. First extending me condolences and then telling me all about “Big Squishy”. We emailed each other several times and I took the plunge. I was on cloud nine and very happy with my decision to add this precious one to my family. He is now named Zebediah, a gorgeous Blue Mitted baby who came to live with me and his big brothers, a DSH Aloysius and another ragdoll Archimedes, BIG Red Lynx,  a couple of months ago. While I was waiting for him to get big enough to come home Kim sent me continual updates with lots and lots of pictures. I was even able to go and meet him too, before he came to live with me just to be sure he was the “one”…..Oh boy, was/is he. We all had an incredible visit and I found it very difficult to leave. He has just been a constant joy with his beautiful eyes, loud purr and gentle loving way. He was very comfortable here almost immediately, which I was concerned about as I live in an open home with no “safe” room to speak of.When I went to meet Zebediah I had my heart stolen yet again by another little girl from a younger litter. After getting home from my meeting with Kim, I emailed her seeking more information about her. Once again I received some awesome pictures and commentary all about her. I took the plunge again!!! Her name is Rhiannon and she is a beautiful Blue Bicolor. Again as I waited and waited for her to get big enough to come and live with us, I fell for one of her siblings….a Seal Lynx Bicolor now named Malaika. As I had done with Zebediah before he came home, I went to meet both the girls again to make sure that it was a fit for all of us. I had the most awesome visit with the girls with both of them pretty much melting in my arms and taking my heart as well and confirming that I had made the right decision yet again!!!I am happy to say that the girls are now home and have adjusted in NO time. I contribute this to their easy going personalities and all the socialization they received before coming here. I have not only gained these absolutely beautiful babies from Hushabyerags but I am most fortunate because I have also gained an incredible womon for a friend. If you are even toying with the idea to add one of these incredible beings to your family, I strongly urge you to take the plunge and take it with Kim of Husabyerags…..I promise you won’t regret either decision!!!!Thank you Kim for trusting me with your beautiful, gorgeous, incredible babies…..I promise that I will take real good care of all of them and love them always and always!!!!Denise

This is my third kitten from Hushabyerags and every time I purchase a kitten I’m so surprised how wonderful they are. My newest addition is a seal bi color girl that we named Cassie. She joins our family of four other Ragdolls and it is like she has always been here. She is super sweet, loving, a lap kitty for sure and all her siblings here love her so much. I feel so lucky to have Cassie. She is a very special kitty. I purchased her knowing she is positive het. I feel all kitties need a good home and she has been to the vet and her health is excellent. She does not have a heart murmur. I hope, through my experience, others will feel comfortable purchasing a kitty that tests positive het as they need a loving home too. I have done a lot of research on a test result of pos/het and realize that cats that test positive do not always get the disease and some that do get a very mild form much later in life. What ever the outcome I love Cassie so much. If you are considering a kitty from Hushabyerags, I know you will be so happy. The love these kittens receive is so remarkable and when they come home they truly are dream kitties. Thanks again so much Kim & Heather. I think the world of you both and so admire your dedication to your Ragdolls! Hugs Joanelle, Kevin, Hendrix, Jagger, Miles, Ella & Cassie
